The Host
Dr. Nashay Lowe
Dr. Nashay Lowe holds a PhD in International Conflict Management and has spent over 15 years studying what happens when people — and institutions — refuse to talk. She's lived and worked in 30+ countries, from studying in South Africa to Peace Corps service in Jordan to teaching with the Korean National Commission to UNESCO Global Peace Village in South Korea, and she's brought every one of those experiences into this room with you.
She created The Resolution Room™ because she believes the conversations most people avoid are the ones that change everything. She further hosts and moderates conferences, panels, fireside chats, summits, and other public dialogues, curating meaningful conversations that bring together diverse voices, navigate complex topics, and create space for thoughtful exchange, deeper understanding, and human connection.
This podcast is her way of bringing that work to you — wherever you are, whatever conflict is sitting at your kitchen table or boardroom right now.
Your Voice
This room belongs to you too.
The Resolution Room is a community — and communities are built by the people inside them. Your perspective, your questions, your experiences are what make this more than just a podcast. We're listening.

Here's what listeners like you are saying after spending time in the room.
"Always leaves me thinking. I value conversations that slow things down and go deeper and this podcast does that. Episodes explore conflict and resolution with nuance and intention. I always take something meaningful away, whether it's a new insight or a different way of seeing a situation."

Where Are We Going Next?
The Resolution Room: On the Road
We're taking the conversation beyond the studio. The Resolution Room is hitting the road to travel across the United States, sitting down with experts, community leaders, educators, advocates, and everyday people to explore one question: How do we relate to one another better and resolve conflict more thoughtfully?
Each destination offers a new perspective, shaped by the people and places that call it home. By bringing the microphone directly into communities across the country, we're creating a living archive of wisdom that reflects the richness, complexity, and creativity of how humans navigate difference.
This journey is about more than collecting interviews. It's about elevating voices that are too often overlooked and discovering the practices that help people build trust, repair harm, and stay connected across disagreement.
Today, we're crossing state lines. Tomorrow, we hope to cross borders. Our vision is to learn from voices across every region of the United States and, eventually, around the world, because the future of resolution belongs to all of us.
Come along for the ride. The next lesson could be waiting in a city you've never visited, from a neighbor you've never met, carrying a perspective that changes the way you see conflict forever.
